IDENTIFYING USERS
We need to develop a structure that enables the users to achieve their purposes easily and well.
Thus, we need to know the answers to (at least) three key questions:
1. Who are the users?
2. What are their purposes: what will they want to do, and why?
3. How can this website be structured to make it easier for the users to achieve their purposes?
